Just a quick note to let you know all the MSA products performed well on our recent Cape York trip.Water Bra

Five weeks, 7800km of driving, 1900km on gravel and around 500km on rough tracks, half a dozen creek / river crossings. The driver's side seat cover developed a few folds etc under the left hip, mostly due to our inability to actually work out where the straps went.

The best bit of kit (after the air lockers!) was the water bra. We watched many others using a tarp or nothing. The guys using a tarp always spent 20 min putting it on and trying not to lose it. The folk using nothing invariably ended up with mud all through their winch / radiator area. We ended up being able to fit the MSA bra in about 20 seconds and take it off in about 10!

The tool rolls worked well and gave me a clean area to lay parts etc on when doing maintenance.

As remote travellers who go alone, we are always prepared to pay a bit more to get something that works and is reliable. We are very happy with the MSA products.

Just want to make contact and say a big thank you to the MSA team for OUTSTANDING after sales service.

I purchased two air lumber support systems at the Eastern Creek 4x4 show in August. One of the bladders worked fine but the other had a slow annoying leak from the bulb. I finally got off my butt and contacted your office on Monday 3rd Oct. I spoke to a lovely young lady who listened to my problem without being judgmental or trying to place blame. She took my details and the very next day a replacement bladder arrived on the doorstep.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE FOR THIS DAY AND AGE.

Now I am impressed. I only sent you an email regarding the broken bumper stops on my fridge a couple of days ago.

Five minutes ago a courier arrived at my door with the replacement bumper stops. That is what I call fantastic after-purchase support with no hassles.

By what you have just done I will be singing praises about your service to all of my friends and 4WD buddies.

Whan people ask me what I think of my fridge slide, not only will I be informing them of how happy I have always been with the slide, but also letting them know that after sales service is pretty damn good as well.
